Working Mother and Flex-Time Lawyers "50 Best Law Firms for Women" Recognizes Haynes and Boone


Haynes and Boone, LLP has been honored as one of the Working Mother and Flex-Time Lawyers “50 Best Law Firms for Women,” recognizing the firm’s commitment to retention and advancement of women.

Honorees were selected based on considerations including representation, flexibility, child care, leadership, compensation, development and advancement of women, and time off policies.

Haynes and Boone was specifically cited for its 17 percent female equity partners, 18 percent non-equity female partners and having 12 percent of firm lawyers working reduced hours. In addition, “Every senior female associate at this firm participates in its Women’s Leadership Academy, a two-year training program that introduces them to influential partners and helps them explore the skills, strategies and branding techniques they must master to advance,” editors said.
