Finkelman, et al. v. National Football League, et al., No. 14-cv-96 (D.N.J.), No. 15-1435 (3d Cir.)

Represented the National Football League and related NFL entities in a putative class action brought by two plaintiffs who alleged that the NFL's ticket distribution policies for Super Bowl XLVIII violated the New Jersey Consumer Fraud Act. Secured dismissal of all claims in the district court. Following plaintiffs' appeal to the Third Circuit, obtained a ruling that neither plaintiff had constitutional standing to pursue their claims.
