Represented Labor Finders International, Inc. in litigation against a franchisee, its guarantor, a competing business supported by the franchisee, and an employee who assisted in setting up the competing business in Tarrant County, Texas. After filing a petition for breach of contract, misappropriation and use of confidential information and trade secrets, unfair competition, and tortious interference, the court entered a permanent injunction against all defendants – including the defendants with which there were no written agreements– prohibiting competition and solicitation for a longer period than that stated in the applicable agreements.
