Haynes and Boone, LLP acted as local co-counsel with Covington & Burling, LLP on behalf of the stalking-horse bidders in highly contested 363 sale of substantially all of Colorado National Bancorp’s equity interests in Colorado National Bank. Ultimately, the stalking-horse bidders were successful in their acquisition of Colorado National Bank. The purchase price exceeded $9 million.
