Profile

Sharon Baldasare focuses her practice on the representation of commercial landlords and tenants in all aspects of their corporate facility leasing needs. Clients rely on Sharon for her understanding of their business needs and goals and her ability to handle a high volume of complex commercial leasing work.

Sharon has developed particular experience in negotiating a wide variety of lease transactions on behalf of corporate tenants for office and industrial locations in the New York metropolitan area and throughout the country. Sharon also has significant experience in drafting and negotiating outsourcing agreements, including facility management agreements and real estate service agreements.

Before focusing her practice in the corporate facility area, Sharon represented clients in a broad array of commercial real estate matters including acquisitions and dispositions and real estate finance transactions.

  • Participation in the representation of the Metropolitan Transportation Authority in the leasing of retail space at Grand Central Terminal in Manhattan.
  • Participation in the representation of the land owner in connection with a 99-year ground lease on Manhattan’s Upper West Side for the development of a luxury apartment building.
