Profile

David Clark is an associate in the Litigation Practice Group in the Orange County office of Haynes and Boone. His experience encompasses a wide range of complex litigation, including patent litigation, licensing matters, and contractual disputes. He has represented clients in various industries, including biotech, semiconductor, apparel, and real estate.

Before law school, David worked as an electrical engineer at Toyon Research Corporation where he performed research and development in areas including RF and microwave circuit design, reconfigurable antenna design, and immune building design.

David maintains an active pro bono practice and has represented clients on matters concerning employment discrimination, immigration, and real estate.

In early 2015, David also served as the Deputy District Attorney as part of the Orange County District Attorney’s TAP Program. David argued motions and conducted jury trials, including solo-chairing two trials through to verdicts.

Haynes and Boone Honored for Pro Bono Work in Orange County

Orange County’s Public Law Center has named Haynes and Boone, LLP pro bono law firm of the year. The firm is being recognized for its many pro bono efforts in recent years, including its 2015 representation of clients who successfully enjoined the City of Costa Mesa from evicting low-income residents from motels.
