Profile

Eli Columbus is a partner in the Restructuring Practice Group at Haynes and Boone. He is involved in a variety of representations, primarily in business reorganization cases and out of court debt restructurings. Eli works on a wide range of restructuring matters for a diverse group of clients, including banks and other financial institutions, private equity funds, secured creditors, debtors, buyers of distressed assets, unsecured creditors, creditor committees, and plan trustees.
