Haynes and Boone, LLP Partner Patricia Mastropierro has been included in Latinvex’s list of the Top 100 Female Lawyers in Latin America for 2019.
Latinvex’s editorial and research staff selected the leading 100 female lawyers from 61 international law firms that are involved in business in Latin America and the Caribbean.
The criteria for selection included a combination of factors, including recent track record on major deals and business, prominence of firm in Latin America and rankings. Latinvex’s research was based on data provided to them by the firms, publicly-available data from the firms, as well as recognition from third parties such as Chambers and Partners and the Legal 500 and M&A data from Refinitiv.

Mastropierro has been included in Latinvex’s Top 100 list several times. She also was named a Latin America Rising Legal Star by the publication in 2015.
Mastropierro is a member of the firm’s International Practice Group. She has significant experience in international aviation matters, having advised airlines in a broad range of international legal matters, including setting up and maintaining operations abroad, obtaining applicable permits, airport authorizations and slots in foreign jurisdictions. For several years, she has represented one of the biggest U.S. airlines and its regional airlines in more than 35 jurisdictions worldwide. Mastropierro has worked for more than 15 years on their international projects, including in the areas of commercial transactions and regulatory, aviation and litigation matters.
