Represented State in district courts in Houston and Tulsa in litigation brought by the Department of Justice against an independent energy company that had had 300 oil spills in 6 different states, helping the governments effect the largest settlement at the time that the federal government had obtained under the Clean Water Act and the State, under its environmental laws.
