Represented HighMark Energy, LLC in the acquisition, through its affiliates, of a minority interest in 600 oil-producing wells and related acreage in East Texas and Northern Louisiana, made in cooperation and partnership with affiliates of Vendera Management, LLC for a total of 100 percent of the working interest in the wells and related acreage.
