The forum will be held in the Haynes and Boone offices in Dallas from 9:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m. (plus a networking reception) and will be addressing topics that will be relevant to public company directors. There will be several prominent board members serving as panelists who will give their perspective on selected key topics. There will also be an opportunity to network with other board members in peer roundtables.
