Haynes and Boone Helps Alta Mesa Close $3.8 Billion Merger

A team of Haynes and Boone lawyers advised Alta Mesa Holdings, LP, which on February 9 completed its $3.8 billion combination with Silver Run Acquisition Corporation II and Kingfisher Midstream LLC.
