Raghav Bajaj is a partner in the Intellectual Property Practice Group in the Austin office of Haynes and Boone. His practice focuses on inter partes review, covered business method review and reexamination proceedings before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office. He also has experience preparing patent applications for clients in industries including computer hardware and software, database, electronic commerce, semiconductor, gaming, aerospace, telecommunications, mobile device, and internet advertising.
