Nicholas Foss-Pedersen is a partner in the Corporate Practice Group in the London office of Haynes and Boone. His practice includes advising on: mergers and acquisitions (buy side and sell side; public and private); pre-IPO fundraisings, IPOs and securities issues (acting for both issuers and brokers); private equity, venture capital and debt-backed transactions; investments (acting for both companies and investors); joint venture and shareholder structures and arrangements; and corporate governance including advising on the Takeover Code, the Prospectus Rules, the Listing Rules, the Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules, the AIM Rules and general corporate law.
