Carlos Rendon

Carlos Rendon is an Associate in the Finance Practice Group in Haynes Boone’s Dallas office. His practice focuses on financial transactions.

Carlos received his J.D. from the University of Pennsylvania Carey Law School where he was an Associate Editor for the Asian Law Review and a member of the Latinx Law Students Association (LALSA). Prior to attending law school, Carlos spent several years working in corporate banking where he gained valuable experience in corporate credit and client coverage.
