Kenya Woodruff Receives Women Worth Watching Award by Diversity Journal

Haynes and Boone, LLP Partner Kenya Woodruff has been named a recipient of the 2016 Women Worth Watching Award, presented by Profiles in Diversity Journal (PDJ) in celebration of its 15th year honoring visionary leadership.

The Women Worth Watching edition of the Profiles in Diversity Journal will recognize and publicly celebrate the commitment and achievements of the outstanding women and enhance the visibility and reputations of the companies and organizations that empower, support and employ them.

At the firm, Woodruff is co-chair of the Healthcare Practice Group. Her practice is dedicated to healthcare regulatory counsel and the design and execution of related merger, acquisition and joint venture strategic partnerships. Woodruff focuses on the creation and maintenance of compliant healthcare operations and structures for physicians, hospitals, home health and hospice providers, including accountable care organizations and clinically integrated networks. Her practice also includes advice on compliance with HIPAA/HITECH, Stark, anti-kickback and other applicable fraud and abuse laws.  Woodruff also serves as the Chair of the Firm’s Attorney Diversity and Inclusion Committee
