Haynes Boone advised Instant Brands n/k/a Corelle Brands in its Plan of Reorganization confirmed by the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of Texas. The confirmed plan went into effect Feb. 27, marking the company’s completion of its restructuring and emergence from Chapter 11 bankruptcy.
Instant Brands n/k/a Corelle Brands is the renowned maker of household favorites such as Corelle®, Pyrex®, Snapware®, CorningWare®, Visions® and Chicago Cutlery®.

The reorganization plan entails a strategic transition of ownership to the company’s lenders, facilitated by Haynes Boone and its legal counterparts. It follows the sale of its appliance business, which closed in November 2023.
Haynes Boone worked alongside legal counsel from Davis Polk & Wardwell LLP and Stikeman Elliott LLP throughout the restructuring process.
