Haynes Boone Austin Office Moves into Modern Space Along Colorado River

December 11, 2023

Haynes and Boone, LLP has relocated its Austin office into a new space in San Jacinto Center at 98 San Jacinto Blvd., Ste. 1500, in a move to modernize its workspace.

With views overlooking Lady Bird Lake, the Hill Country and downtown Austin, the office will be both vibrant and efficient. The new space for nearly 50 attorney and business professional offices is smartly designed and includes collaborative work areas while allocating less room for obsolete file and server storage, replaced in recent years by cloud technology. The contemporary aesthetic and upgraded reception areas are designed to provide an inviting location for both employees and clients.

“As Austin continues to modernize and grow, our presence in the city is doing the same,” Adam Sencenbaugh, managing partner of Haynes Boone’s Austin office, said. “We’re thrilled to move into a state-of-the-art space centrally located in the Texas capital.”

The new location sits along the Hike-and-Bike Trail at Lady Bird Lake, and the firm plans to expand its partnership with The Trail Conservancy, including participating in garden building and tree planting as well as volunteering for community trail cleanup days and a variety of beautification and improvement efforts.

“Being steps away from the iconic Hike-and-Bike Trail provides a unique opportunity to experience the natural environment in an urban setting,” Jeff Civins, senior counsel in Haynes Boone’s Environmental Law Practice Group, said. “Haynes Boone is looking forward to working with the Trail Conservancy to help make sure the trail remains a vibrant destination for the entire city to enjoy.”

This move continues a trend for the firm of relocating to upgraded, people-focused workspaces in Mexico City, Denver and Dallas.
