Haynes and Boone, LLP will relocate its Denver office in the third quarter of 2022 to Block 162, a 30-story LEED-certified building that is the newest office tower in downtown’s Central Business District.

“We are excited to move to a state-of-the art building, which will accommodate our dynamic, growing presence in the Denver market,” said Haynes Boone Partner Dan Malone, a member of the firm’s M&A Practice and administrative partner of its Denver Office. “Since opening a Denver office in 2015, we have continued to add lawyers and practice capabilities and are well-positioned to handle complex business matters for clients in the Rocky Mountain region and beyond.”

Haynes Boone will occupy about 13,125 square-feet on level 22 of the building. The new office will provide a beautiful work environment, with commanding views of the surrounding mountains and an efficient, flexible design that provides ample private offices and also communal spaces where lawyers and clients can collaborate.

Block 162 also offers many innovative features, including an all-glass curtainwall system, offering mountain views from every office floor through 10-foot, clear windows, an 11th-floor amenity area with a fitness center, social lounge, and conference and meeting space, and an outdoor sky terrace, which has a manicured outdoor roof garden and includes a dedicated exercise lawn, as well as seating areas, an outdoor conference table, and two outdoor fire pits. The building is certified LEED Gold Core and Shell.

“We are pleased to announce this office lease in Block 162 with Haynes Boone,” said Robert Fields, president and CEO of Patrinely Group, one of the developers of the building. “With spectacular Front Range views, large, light-filled floor plates, tall ceiling heights and generous parking, we are confident we will continue to attract high-caliber companies like Haynes and Boone, as quality, safety and flexibility remain top priorities for tenants.”
