Haynes Boone currently requires all firm personnel to return to the office at least three days per week in our U.S. offices. We expect each full-time lawyer in good standing to work from the Firm’s offices at least three days per week and remotely up to two days per week. Additionally, the firm currently has a vaccine mandate in place, which means anyone (all employees and visitors) entering our offices, now and continuing into the future, must provide proof of full vaccination. As a result, we strongly encourage anyone who is able to take the vaccine to get fully vaccinated by October 18. Employees may seek a medical/religious vaccine exemption which will be individually considered. Please note that medical exemptions will require certification by a treating healthcare professional. If exempt, employees may be permitted to work remotely for the time being. The process and forms for submitting a request for vaccine exemption will be provided by Human Resources. Lastly, when working in the office, masks will be required for all employees when outside your office/work station and social distancing is required.
Notice to Search Firms - Haynes and Boone only accepts resumes submitted directly to a member of the Attorney Recruitment Department. Resumes sent to a member of the firm outside of Attorney Recruitment will be considered unsolicited. If a search firm submits an unsolicited resume, Haynes and Boone will not move forward with the candidate.
