Haynes Boone Partner Kim Mai was quoted in a National Gas Intelligence article on insights from the Fall 2023 Energy Bank Price Deck Survey.
“It’s difficult to predict, but based on the Price Deck survey, banks are projecting a slight increase in prices from 2024-2025,” Mai said. “The increase, in part, may be attributed to renewed enthusiasm and demand for U.S. exports through cross-border pipeline and LNG facilities.
“We have received more inquiries from our clients” regarding liquefied natural gas-related projects “this year than in the past.”
