Our guests today have unearthed the Trademark Modernization Act and will walk us through some of the significant changes it makes to both trademark and copyright law: Joseph Matal, a Washington, D.C. partner in Haynes Boone’s IP Practice, who previously served as acting director and acting solicitor of the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office.
