Michelle is based in the firm’s Houston office and serves as co-chair of the Oil and Gas Practice Group. She is a solutions-oriented trial lawyer who counsels clients in complex commercial litigation matters. While her practice focuses primarily on clients in the oil and gas industry, she also handles trial and appellate matters in fields involving contract disputes, property rights, and business torts. She regularly represents clients in multimillion-dollar lawsuits in both state and federal courts across the country.
In June, Law360 selected Michelle as a Rising Star in Energy. She is one of only five lawyers nationwide to earn the distinction.
Christos is a partner in the firm’s New York office who has been recognized nationally and in New York for handling high-profile, complex commercial litigation matters for a diverse range of clients. He has significant experience handling complex civil disputes, including securities and consumer class actions, contract and employment disputes, and breaches of fiduciary duties. He also represents companies and individuals in white-collar criminal matters, regulatory investigations, enforcement proceedings, and internal investigations.
Christos also earned recognition as a “Rising Star” from 2015 to 2018 and a “Super Lawyer” from 2020 to 2021 in the New York Super Lawyers and Rising Stars directory, published by Thomson Reuters.
