As part of its ongoing effort to provide maximum value to clients, Haynes and Boone, LLP has hired David Boden as its Chief Operating Officer.
A licensed certified public accountant, Boden will oversee many critical aspects of the firm’s operations.
“Dave brings tremendous experience and insights to the firm that will immediately bring value to our clients,” said Haynes Boone Managing Partner Taylor Wilson. “As we continue to build on our practice strengths and expand into new markets, Dave will help ensure that we remain among industry leaders at developing and deploying talent in the most efficient and optimal manner to help our clients achieve their legal and business objectives.”
Boden previously worked for more than 12 years at Snell & Wilmer, including as COO and, prior to that, as the firm’s Chief Financial Officer.
He has nearly two decades of experience in the legal industry and also has worked in a finance and operations capacity with technology and financial firms. Boden received a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Utah. He will be based in Haynes Boone’s Dallas Office.
