Haynes Boone served as legal counsel to Blackjack Natural Resources, LLC (Blackjack) in the company’s formation and equity commitment from Pearl Energy Investments (Pearl).
Headquartered in Oklahoma City, Blackjack is a newly formed upstream oil and gas company with a goal of investing in the greater Mid-Continent region, including Oklahoma, Kansas and surrounding areas. Pearl is a Dallas-based investment firm with approximately $3 billion of cumulative capital commitments.
