Haynes Boone Fund Finance Associates Isabella Shaw and Justin Keller are among the recipients of the 2023 Fund Finance Association Rising Star Awards. The recognition is given to outstanding industry professionals in their first 10 years of practice.
“We believe it is important to highlight the younger professionals who are making waves,” the FFA said in its awards announcement. “[This is] a group of exceptional individuals who have demonstrated outstanding contributions to the Fund Finance industry and have the potential to shape its direction for years to come.”
Based out of the firm’s Charlotte office, Isabella represents agents and lenders on bilateral and syndicated transactions, including subscription credit facilities and other fund finance products. She was also included in the 2023 Best Lawyers in America “Ones to Watch” category.
Justin is based in Dallas and represents lenders and borrowers in a variety of commercial and corporate finance transactions. He has assisted clients in both bilateral and syndicated credit facilities, secured and unsecured, including acquisition financings, real estate secured facilities, and subscription secured financings.
In selecting the 2023 Rising Stars, the FFA said it “placed emphasis on professional achievements, including outstanding client service, innovative product and service, diversity and inclusion efforts, career development, mentoring, and network building.”
