Jesse Gelsomini Elected a Fellow of Texas Bar Foundation

Haynes and Boone, LLP Partner Jesse Gelsomini has been elected as a Fellow of the Texas Bar Foundation in 2022. It is the latest honor for Jesse, who has long been recognized among the best lawyers in the nation for Employee Benefits Law.

Texas Bar Foundation Fellows are chosen for their outstanding professional achievements and their demonstrated commitment to the improvement of the justice system throughout Texas. Each year, one-third of 1% of Texas lawyers are invited to become Fellows. Once nominees are selected, they must be elected by the Texas Bar Foundation Board of Trustees.

The Texas Bar Foundation is the largest charitably funded bar foundation in the U.S. Founded in 1965, the organization uses contributions from its members to build a strong justice system for all Texans and has distributed more than $18 million to help nonprofit groups with a range of justice-related programs and services.

Jesse helps clients in all industries efficiently resolve matters related to employee benefits, the Employee Retirement Income Security Act of 1974 (ERISA), and executive compensation. He brings more than three decades of focused legal experience to his work designing, drafting, implementing, and administering employee benefits plans and executive compensation arrangements of all types.
