A partner in the firm’s Intellectual Property Litigation Practice, Ralph is a trial lawyer with more than 30 years of experience handling patent matters in cases around the country, including in the Northern District of Illinois, the District of Delaware, the Northern and Central Districts of California, the Eastern District of Texas, and the District of New Jersey. He has successfully represented clients as lead counsel in both jury and bench trials, appeals to the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit, as well as in post-grant review proceedings before the Patent Trial and Appeal Board.
Laura Beth Miller
A partner in the firm’s Patent Litigation Practice and the Administrative Partner of Haynes Boone’s Chicago office, Laura has more than 30 years of litigation and counseling experience and takes a hands-on approach while staying focused on the client’s ultimate goals and strategies. She is recognized as a leading patent practitioner by Intellectual Asset Management magazine's "IAM Patent 1000,” Globe Business Media Group from 2014-2020, which says that Laura "relishes getting to grips with vanguard technologies and creating stories around them for the courtroom."
