Biography

Mitchell Alleluia-Feinberg is an associate in the Litigation Practice Group at Haynes Boone's Dallas office.

Mitchell brings extensive experience in commercial litigation matters, including in insurance coverage litigation, appellate briefing, employment-related matters, bankruptcy litigation and investigations, class actions, and litigation involving companies in the airline industry. Mitchell also regularly advises clients on pending commercial negotiations and pre-litigation risk assessments, for example in the context of vendor negotiations, distribution agreements, and pending transactions.

In addition to his business litigation focus, Mitchell also has significant experience conducting internal investigations for public and private companies, board committees, and audit teams across industries. His work spans sensitive matters including securities regulation, accounting practices, workplace misconduct, environmental compliance, and international anti-corruption laws.

  • Represented insurance carriers in COVID-19 business interruption coverage litigation involving multiple state and federal lawsuits in Florida, Illinois, Texas, Washington, Kansas, New York, and Missouri, and putative class actions.
  • Argued appeal before Seventh Circuit Court of Appeals regarding prison reform litigation, specifically to improve prison mental health care and solitary confinement practices.
  • Represented independent director of public company in Chapter 11 bankruptcy.
  • Represented privately held auto parts manufacturer in contract dispute over indemnity for toxic tort liability.
  • Represented privately held company in a trademark litigation in the Northern District of Texas.
  • Represented multiple airlines in disputes with manufacturers and other parties relating to issues with maintenance and repair of engine parts and components.
  • Advised on airline distribution agreements for content distributed through legacy GDS providers, as well as through NDC platforms.
  • Represented U.S. public company with investigations spanning several Latin American jurisdictions, including Argentina, into potential violations of the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act.
  • Represented healthcare-focused company in proceedings with the Environmental Protection Agency.
  • Represented auto parts retailer in proceedings with the Environmental Protection Agency.
  • Represented public companies in assessments of company policies and compliance programs.
  • Represented a big-box retailer in an internal investigation involving claims of misconduct by the CEO
