Kevin M. Bergin
Biography
Kevin Bergin is an associate in the Litigation Practice Group at Haynes Boone’s Boston office. Kevin is a seasoned trial attorney and litigator, focusing primarily on complex civil and commercial litigation in state and federal courts. He brings a broad array of experience and insight into his work, with particular knowledge in business and partnership disputes. He also supports matters involving internal business conflicts, fiduciary-related issues, multi-state contract litigation, and other contested commercial matters in Massachusetts, New York, and Rhode Island.
Previously, Kevin served as an Assistant District Attorney in the Special Prosecutions Unit at the Suffolk County District Attorney’s Office. Kevin brings substantial experience handling a broad range of criminal matters, including financial and white-collar cases involving fraud, tax-related issues, unlawful brokering and cybercrime. That background contributes to his practical approach to case development, motion practice, evidentiary proceedings and trial preparation for businesses, business owners and other clients involved in high-stakes disputes..
