Michael E. Beyda

Michael E. Beyda is an associate in the Finance Practice Group in Haynes Boone’s New York office.

Michael’s practice focuses on fund finance and leveraged finance. Michael has broad lending experience in cross-border and domestic financing transactions, including leveraged buyouts, refinancings, repricings, syndicated and direct lending transactions, acquisition financings and asset-based lending. Prior to joining Haynes Boone, Michael practiced leveraged finance at two multinational law firms in New York.
