Edward A. Bontkowski

Edward Bontkowski is a counsel in the Finance Practice Group in the Houston office of Haynes Boone. Edward concentrates his practice on the representation of financial institutions and borrowers in complex financing transactions and other energy-related financing transactions. He has experience with corporate financing transactions, including asset based lending, senior secured and subordinated debt financings and acquisition financings.

Edward received his J.D. from Columbia Law School in 2011 and his B.A. from the University of Illinois in 2007.
