Adam Buckley is an associate in the Energy, Power and Natural Resources Practice Group in Haynes Boone’s Houston and The Woodlands offices where he focuses on complex financings and strategic transactions with a particular emphasis on the energy sector.
Adam has supported multiple $100M+ financing and securitization matters and contributed to transactions valued at up to $10B+. Adam brings a proven record of leadership from his service as a United States Marine Corps Infantry Officer, where he directed global deployments and oversaw the tactical, operational, and administrative employment of units comprising over 150+ personnel.
