Adam Buckley
Biography
Adam Buckley is an associate in the Energy, Power and Natural Resources Practice Group in Haynes Boone’s Houston and The Woodlands offices. His practice includes a broad variety of matters in the energy industry, including finance, mergers and acquisitions, commodities, and derivatives.
In addition to his J.D. from The University of Texas School of Law, Adam earned a Master of Business Administration with an energy finance concentration from the McCombs School of Business. His expertise in energy markets and financial structures allows him to effectively advise clients on complex transactions.
Adam brings a proven record of leadership from his service as a United States Marine Corps Infantry Officer, where he directed global deployments and oversaw a variety of high-risk operations.
