Biography
Kara Burkett is an associate in the Fund Finance Practice Group at Haynes Boone’s Houston office. Kara advises lenders and borrowers in complex lending transactions, including syndicated bank financings, fund finance transactions, acquisition finance, and asset-based lending. She represents commercial banks and corporate borrowers across a variety of industries.
