Hayley Butler

Hayley Butler is a Professional Landman in the Energy Practice Group of Haynes and Boone’s Houston office. Hayley focuses on title due diligence and mortgage reviews for reserve-based lending transactions and energy financing deals involving both midstream and upstream assets. Her work involves analyzing reserve reports, preparing documents, and overseeing multi-jurisdictional filing projects.

Prior to joining Haynes and Boone, Hayley worked in-house for an upstream exploration and production company based in the Permian Basin, where she facilitated title and leasing projects, prepared exhibits for reserve-based lending reports, and drafted oil and gas agreements.

Hayley graduated summa cum laude from Texas State University with her Bachelor of Business Administration in Management. She is an active member of the American Association of Professional Landmen and the Houston Association of Professional Landmen.
