Allison Conklin

Allison Conklin is an associate in the Real Estate Practice Group at Haynes Boone’s Dallas office.

Allison’s experience includes supporting commercial real estate and finance transactions, including revising a form lease for a new office building and analyzing access, purchase and sale, and land use issues. She has also assisted with lender-side and borrower-side financing matters, reviewed corporate organizational documents for authority, and helped prepare transactional documents and closing materials

Allison received her J.D. from the University of Virginia School of Law, where she served as a research assistant and conducted research involving regulation and the merger and acquisition history of investment banks and brokers.
