Ryann Connell

Ryann Connell is an associate in the Finance Practice Group at Haynes Boone's Denver office. Ryann’s practice focuses on representing financial institutions and corporate borrowers in a wide range of commercial finance transactions, including acquisition financings, syndicated credit facilities, asset-based lending, and private credit deals. She advises clients on structuring and documenting secured and unsecured credit facilities, cross-border financings, and other complex lending arrangements.

Ryann is involved across the full transaction lifecycle, from aligning structure and diligence with client objectives to negotiating loan, security, collateral, and related documents, and ensuring efficient closings and disciplined post-closing execution. Known for her attention to detail and collaborative style, Ryann drives efficient results while keeping client objectives front and center.
