Biography

Nick Davis is a partner in the Corporate Practice Group in Haynes Boone's London office.

Nick has more than 25 years experience in the corporate finance advice focusing on flotations, equity capital markets and Public Blue Book M&A across a number of key sectors including natural resources, technology and healthcare.

Nick advises on public company listings on both the Main Market and AIM and has extensive experience acting for other issuers, NOMAD/brokers, and sponsors. He sits on the AIM advisory group and regularly speaks at seminars and conferences globally in relation to London capital markets.

Nick continues to be recognised by Chambers UK, Chambers and Partners, and Legal 500, Legalese, as a leader in his field for his work in Capital Markets: AIM, Equity Capital Markets – small mid cap and Energy & Natural Resources: Mining.
