Biography
Emmy Edwards is an associate in the Labor and Employment Practice Group at Haynes Boone's Dallas office. She counsels employers on a broad range of workplace issues, including wage and hour compliance, discrimination and harassment claims, and labor-management relations. Emily partners with clients to develop practical strategies that align with their overall business objectives while minimizing legal risk.
In addition to advising on compliance and policy matters, Emmy represents employers in litigation involving complex and high-stakes employment disputes. She is committed to delivering responsive, strategic solutions and draws on the firm’s deep resources to address challenges across industries such as healthcare, retail, and manufacturing.
