Jessica Ewert
Biography
Jessica Ewert is an associate in the Labor and Employment Practice Group in Haynes Boone’s Orange County office.
Her practice focuses on labor and employment matters, including wage and hour litigation, administrative actions and traditional labor law.
Jessica represents employers in state and federal courts, and before state and federal administrative agencies, including the DFEH, the EEOC, and the DLSE. She has experience in all phases of litigation, from case inception through arbitration, including dispositive motions and appeals. Jessica also has experience litigating as a plaintiff’s attorney, representing individual clients in a variety of employment-related matters. Jessica’s dual perspective on the risks of civil litigation provides her with valuable insight when developing case strategies for clients.
