David L. Fields
David Fields has more than 20 years of experience counseling and assisting developers, corporations, investors, family offices, insurance companies and hedge funds in real estate matters. His practice spans projects throughout the United States. His practical experience includes the acquisition, development and sale of income and non-income producing properties; space and ground leases; air rights agreements; corporate real estate transactions; lot sale contracts; real estate finance (including significant experience in representing developers in connection with loan agreements); and property development agreements.
