Joseph Furst serves as counsel in the Finance Practice Group at Haynes Boone’s New York office. Joseph advises top tier banks, finance companies and investment funds across a broad range of industries.

Joseph has extensive experience advising clients on commercial finance transactions, including asset-based and cash flow financings, first lien and second lien financings, first-out/last-out financings, acquisition financings, dividend recapitalizations, debtor-in-possession and exit financings, and out-of-court restructurings and workouts.
