Biography
Alexia Green is an associate in the Finance Practice Group in Haynes Boone’s New York office.
Her practice focuses on the representation of borrowers and lenders across a diverse spectrum of credit facilities, including cross-border subscription and syndicated transactions. Alexia’s clients include large financial institutions and leading middle-market private equity firms.
Prior to joining Haynes Boone, Alexia graduated from Howard University School of Law, where she served as Managing Editor of the Howard Law Journal. Additionally, she served as a legal extern for the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, a campus ambassador for Howard Law’s admission’s office, and a student attorney for Howard Law’s Investor Justice and Education Clinic.
