Nicolas Guerriero

Nicolas Guerriero is a member of the firm’s Investment Management Practice Group. Nicolas’ practice focuses on private equity investments and co-investments, as well as the formation, organization and operation of a variety of commingled and fund-like structures, including funds-of-one, separately managed accounts, and joint ventures.

Nicolas regularly advises institutional investors, asset managers, family offices and other investors within the context of co-investment and special situation investments, both within the United States and internationally.
