Biography
Gemma He is a Patent Agent (limited recognition) in the Intellectual Property Practice Group in the Dallas-North office of Haynes Boone. Gemma’s practice focuses on patent prosecution for various clients.
Prior to joining the firm, Gemma was a patent engineer and patent agent at a law firm in Austin, TX. Gemma was also a patent examiner in China and examined hundreds of patent applications relating to semiconductor fabrication and integrated circuits.
