Biography

Perry Hicks is a partner in the Fund Finance Practice Group at Haynes Boone’s Charlotte office. Perry represents clients in a wide range of private investment fund transactions, drawing on extensive experience advising leading global financial institutions on complex secured fund financings.

Perry regularly structures and negotiates NAV, hybrid, and subscription credit facilities for hedge funds, fund of funds, and private equity borrowers, helping clients navigate the full lifecycle of fund-level lending. His practice is grounded in an understanding of market dynamics and lender priorities, enabling him to deliver strategic guidance tailored to sophisticated financial products and evolving capital needs.
