Biography
Whitley Johnson is an associate in the Finance Practice Group Haynes Boone’s Charlotte office. Whitley’s practice focuses on representing financial institutions and borrowers in a range of commercial finance transactions, including leveraged financings, bilateral and syndicated financings, acquisition financings, and other secured and unsecured lending transactions.

- Represented the lead left arranger and administrative agent in a $1 billion senior secured reserve-based revolving credit facility for an oil exploration and production company.
- Represented joint lead arrangers on a $1.05 billion term loan B facility for an infrastructure and energy company.
- Represented a leading specialty finance company in its term loan facility for a Swiss pharmaceutical company.
- Represented a large multinational oil and gas company on a $1.6 billion three-year unsecured term loan facility.
- Represented the lead left arranger and administrative agent on a $210 million secured acquisition finance credit facility to a cloud, connectivity, and security service provider.
