Biography
Joseph Kamelhar is an associate in the Litigation Practice Group in Haynes Boone’s New York office. Joe is a passionate litigator with experience in a broad spectrum of complex litigation at the state and federal levels.
Joe advises clients through all phases of litigation, arbitration and mediation, and works closely with clients to align dispute resolution strategy with broader business goals. His practice focuses on complex commercial litigation in federal and state court, and before arbitral bodies, including contract and business disputes, real estate and commercial foreclosures. Joe also has significant experience drafting appellate briefs.
Before joining Haynes Boone, Joe began his career as a law clerk to the Honorable David Friedman in the Appellate Division, First Judicial Department of the New York Supreme Court.
