Biography
Saima Lair is an associate in the Fund Finance Practice Group at Haynes Boone's Charlotte office. Saima’s practice focuses on fund finance and representing lenders in negotiating and documenting subscription credit facilities, employee loan programs, and NAV and hybrid facilities with private equity and real estate funds.
