Biography

Daniel Lammie is an associate in Haynes Boone’s Litigation Practice Group.

Daniel earned his J.D., summa cum laude, from the University of California, Irvine School of Law. During law school, Daniel received six Faculty Awards (highest performance in course) as well as one Dean’s Award (second-highest performance in course) for his academic performance. In addition, Daniel served as an articles editor and a staff editor on the UC Irvine Law Review and the UC Irvine Journal of International, Transnational and Comparative Law, respectively.

After graduating from law school in 2022, Daniel worked at Haynes Boone for nearly a year before leaving to clerk for the Honorable Xavier Rodriguez of the Western District of Texas. After his clerkship, Daniel returned to the firm.

Prior to law school, Daniel earned a B.S. in Geology from the University of Pittsburgh, graduating magna cum laude.

Daniel is an active member of both the Texas and California State Bars.
